Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer, but we'll make sure to keep you in the loop!

 

Shipping Methods

We offer a range of shipping options to cater to your needs. You can choose from standard shipping, which takes approximately 3-7 business days for delivery, or upgrade to express shipping for speedier delivery in 1-3 business days.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a email with tracking information, so you can keep tabs on your package's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of the items in your order. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

 

International Shipping

We're all about spreading the skate love worldwide! For international orders, shipping times may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, and other factors. Please allow up to 14 business days for international deliveries.

 

Delayed Shipments

While we do our best to ensure prompt deliveries, occasionally, external factors like weather conditions or carrier delays may impact shipping times. If there's ever a delay, we'll keep you informed and work hard to get your gear to you ASAP.

 

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, shoot us an email or give us a call within 24 hours. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please let us know right away. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get you back on your board in no time.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be stoked with your skateboarding gear, so here's our easy-peasy return policy, including defects for skateboards.

 

General Returns

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

 

Defective Skateboards

We stand behind the quality of our skateboards. In the rare event that you receive a skateboard with a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us immediately. We'll gladly replace it or provide a full refund.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

Step 1: Contact our customer support team via email (Leah@miniripperzusa.com) and provide your order details and reason for the return.

Step 2: Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label (for defective products) or provide you with instructions on where to send the item (for general returns).

Step 3: Pack your item securely, attach the shipping label (if applicable), and send it back to us.

Step 4: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.

Step 5: We'll process your refund or exchange and notify you via email.

 

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to a defective skateboard).

You are responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the return is due to a defective skateboard).
